How to order?

Buy at Tincal lab online shop: add the desired product to the shopping cart by clicking the add to cart or buy it now button and follow the instructions to set the shipping cost, choose the method of payment, enter your details and leave some additional notes about your order.

Have a question or prefer to order directly by email? No problem! Send your request, address and preferred method of payment to the email atelier@anapina.com

If you prefer to see the pieces live before buying, just have a look at the stockists section or pay a visit to Tincal lab in Porto.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, of course! Your order can be sent from Portugal to the rest of the world.

How much will it cost?

Each item presents the full price in € (EUR). To the indicated value will be added the shipping costs. We have Standard and Express shipping options available. Shipping costs applied are usually a flat rate depending on your location:

Standard shipping: to Portugal (4€) and the rest of the world (8€).

Express shipping: rest of the world (30€).

Which are the means of payment?

The payment method usually accepted is Paypal. If you need any help or prefer an alternative payment method contact us before placing your order.

We also have other payment options for Portuguese buyers: bank transfer or MBWAY.

I placed my order but received no feedback, what’s up?

You'll be contacted as soon as your order is received, regardless of the payment method you choose. The email will be sent by Tincal lab - info@tincallab.com - the official online shop. If days pass by without hearing any feedback, please make sure to check the spam folder of your email box because the email sent may have been mistakenly considered as unsolicited.

Please take note that we can't be held responsible for delays or cancellations of orders for reasons that are unrelated to us.

Is it allowed to exchange any piece?
